*Meetings are held at the White Oak Township Community Building unless otherwise noted. The Board of Trustees meets the second Wednesday of each month at the White Oak Township Community Bulding. (Meeting dates and location may vary due to schedule conflicts.) Occasionally special meetings and public hearings are called to address levies, special projects, etc. All meetings - regular monthly meetings, changed meetings, special meetings, hearings, etc. - must be posted at least 48 hours in advance. White Oak Township officials post meeting dates, times and agendas in the window case of the White Oak Township Community Building. Visitors are always welcome at the meetings. Visitors may address the board during the Visitors Issues portion of the agenda. If you have an issue on which you would like action taken at a meeting, it must be placed on the agenda at least 48 hours before the meeting time. Please contact the clerk or a board member to have it placed on the agenda.
All regular monthly meetings start at 7:00 pm and are held at the White Oak Township Community Building on North Lincoln Street in Carlock unless otherwise posted.
